About our company Sancaesura Publishing came from a frustration with the music publishing industry as a whole. Michael Sanchez had some arrangements that he had written over the years, but all his attempts to get a company to publish them were fruitless. It's hard to get publishers to even listen to your pieces if you don't know someone in the industry.
The old saying goes, "If you want something done right, do it yourself!" Thus, the creation of Sancaesura Publishing. Currently, we are looking to have more composers and arrangers in our catalog, so if you know somebody who simply wants their music published, have them contact us!
About the Proprietor
Michael Sanchez is a graduate of Portland State University in Portland, Oregon and currently teaches middle school music in the Portland Metro area.
An award-winning trumpet player and respected tenor, Michael also plays horn, recorder, and piano. He is a staff musician at Christ Church Episcopal in Lake Oswego, Oregon and is very active in local community bands and choirs. Michael is an in-demand trumpet player and singer in the Portland Metro area, and regularly travels out of town to perform.
